Requirements
- Team Participants (max. 5 persons per team) – could consist of a group of all employees (including outsource)
- Team application (outlining the projects and list of team members) should be submitted to committee before 2014
- All application should use the standard application outline
- Has been approved by direct supervisor (or supervisor of work area in which the project is developed and implemented)
