Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Corporate Agreement among Bina Nusantara University (UBiNus), Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi, and PT. Kliring Berjangka Indonesia (PT. KBI) have been signed on July 26th, 2002 in The Joseph Wibowo Center for Advanced Learning -University of Bina Nusantara. The Memorandum of Understanding, signed by Mr. Gusmardi Bustami,SH (The Head of Bappebti), and Mrs. Ir. Th. Widia Soejaningsih, MM (The Rector of UBiNus) is an agreement on education and trade training in terms. Bappebti has appointed PT.KBI to cooperate with Executive Development Program (EDP) UBiNus (one unit of training executive and UBiNus non-academic education) as the executive.
