The journey to service excellence continues and currently BINUS UNIVERSITY is proud to be the first university in Indonesia to achieve international certificates like ISO 9001:1994 – 1997, ISO 9001:2000 – 2001, Education Criteria for Performance Excellence based on MBNQA, Service Excellence – 2008, IWA 2: 2007–2008 (Guidelines for the application of ISO 9001:2000 in Education), and ISO 9001:2008-2009.
