Associate Lecturer Specialist – S3
Job Requirements:
- Min. Doctoral Degrre in the relevant field of knowledge
- Preferably have JJA minimum Lektor or teaching experience/research experience minimum 3 years
- Have passion in education
- Good communication and team work
Job Descriptions:
- Produce high level research and publication to improve Faculty / School’s competitive advantage
- Lead activities for revenue generation within the Department (e.g. research and professional services)
- Develop and maintain the research capability of his/her peers
- Enrich content material with the corresponding research result
- Assist the Department/School in leveraging research & development atmosphere
- Manage overall activities of a comprehensive content delivery in alignment with market standards to increase employability of the graduates
- Expand the curriculum and course development to improve Faculty / School’s competitive advantage
- Increase the successful of global learning system implementation
- Ensure that delivery of the program is aligned with BINUS University academic quality standard, DIKTI’s standard and continuously improved to reach world-class standard
- Coordinate with other units, to promote the program in order to build more awareness to the competitiveness of the program, especially to prospective students, graduates, alumni and employers in the related industry
- Build strong and effective internal / external cooperation which support the overall objectives of Department
