Marketing and Student Recruitment

The Marketing & Student Recruitment leads the acquisition process of incoming candidates for the Apple Developer Academy and coordinates the schedule for the recruitment process. This position is responsible for implementing an outreach program to recruit high-quality applicants for the academy. They will conduct market research to discover the best way to reach potential Academy candidates. Some marketing activities could include student information sessions, in-person events, website content, and social media.

This role also requires the ability to work across different teams to design and coordinate candidate assessment processes that are in line with Binus, Apple, and the government’s policies. Ideally, the candidate should have experience in an education-related industry, NGO, or corporate.

 

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience implementing high-impact, successful acquisition programs for businesses or educational institutes.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
  • Background in marketing events and programs.
  • A compelling spokesperson for the Academy with strong public speaking ability.
  • Proficient in Bahasa and English, both oral and written communication
  • Experience with copywriting is a plus.
