Operation Manager

The Operation manager is the administrative leader of the Apple Developer Academy. The operation team supports the academy’s finance, legal, IT, marketing, and student affairs. The operation manager will be responsible for providing direct supervision for all operations and administrative staff and will partner with the lead mentor to ensure the academy’s smooth running. This position is responsible for all matters related to the quality of operation and for the effective implementation of services, including budget, procurement, vendor management, student contracts, facility management, admission process, and device delivery.

The operation manager is not just a manager but also a key player in building connections. They participate in decisions related to budget and staffing and are responsible for fostering relationships with stakeholders, the local community, and the greater global community via the Apple Developer Academy. This role also requires the ability to work with various stakeholders to design and implement administrative processes that align with Binus, Apple, and the government’s policies. Ideally, the candidate should have experience managing an education-related organization and experience in corporate environments.

• Proven experience in people management.
• Proven experience in operational leadership, including planning, leading, organizing, and monitoring teamwork to ensure successful and on-time project completion.
• Ability to collaborate with employees and external partners.
• Problem-solving ability to resolve issues or conflicts with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to effectively communicate the needs and objectives of the academy to different stakeholders.
• Experience with managing budgets.
• Proficient in Bahasa and English, both oral and written communication
