Research Coordinator
Job Requirements:
- Min. Master Degree or higher with relevant field of knowledge
- Min. age 40 year old
- Have 3+ years of teaching experience in Higher Education Institution (HEI)
- Have experience in research in Higher Education Institution (HEI)
- Proven self-initiative and team work spirit with an open-minded character
Job Descriptions:
- Manage the research and publication activities within the department based on the Research Roadmap
- Ensure the implementation of the research roadmap within the respective department/school
- Responsible for the successful research activities within the department/school
- Produce research and publication that benefits the department/school in improving academic quality standard, industry alignment, employability and internationalisation of the program
- Coordinate with SCC/CCC/Head of Program, to integrate research and publication output into curriculum
- Promote research culture to fellow faculty members and students.
- Assist direct supervisor in designing and leading research strategy, related to the program and ensure that the research output is utilized to enrich the program
- Coordinate with other units, to promote the research program in order to build more awareness to the competitiveness of the program, especially to prospective students, graduates, alumni and employers in the related industry
- Develop faculty members under the department/school to reach the highest level in terms of knowledge recognition by producing high quality research output
- Build strong and effective internal / external cooperation which support the overall objectives of department / school
