Persyaratan Umum :

1. Peserta lomba adalah Karyawan Binus baik berstatus Tetap, Kontrak maupun Outsource
2. Peserta lomba mewakili diri sendiri dalam perlombaan
3. Tidak ada batas maksimum (quota) untuk jumlah peserta lomba
4. Peserta lomba harus mendaftarkan alamat email yang akan digunakan untuk pengiriman hasil foto/gambar ke PIC
5. Foto/gambar yang diterima oleh PIC selain dari email yang didaftarkan oleh peserta lomba akan dinyatakan tidak berlaku dan tidak diikutkan dalam Contest

Petunjuk Umum Pelaksanaan :

1. Peserta lomba melakukan pengambilan foto/gambar selama kegiatan Porsekary berlangsung
2. Peserta lomba dapat menggunakan kamera jenis “pocket” atau “SLR”
3. Hasil foto/gambar  yang dikirim peserta lomba tidak diperkenankan memiliki unsur pornografi dan aksi kekerasan
4. Peserta lomba dapat mengirimkan/mengumpulkan hasil foto/gambar, maksimal  sebanyak 10 (sepuluh) buah dalam bentuk soft-copy dan dikirim ke email PIC
5. Foto/gambar yang dikumpulkan harus asli hasil pengambilan yang dilakukan peserta lomba dan belum pernah diterbitkan atau diikutkan lomba dimanapun
6. Foto/gambar yang dikirim peserta lomba untuk diikutkan dalam Contest akan sepenuhnya menjadi hak panitia Porsekary
7. Photography Contest ini akan terbagi menjadi 2 jenis: Photography Contest (Original) & Photography Contest (Binusian’s Choice)
8. Peserta lomba bebas mengikuti jenis Photography Contest yang diinginkan, karena setiap peserta lomba yang mendaftar dalam Photography Contest ini akan secara otomatis terdaftar untuk 2 jenis Contest
9. Ukuran foto/gambar yang dikirim ke PIC memenuhi ketentuan sebagai berikut:-          Jenis file adalah jpg

   –          Ukuran pixel maksimal adalah 1024 x 768 pixel

   –          Ukuran file adalah tidak melebihi dari 2 MB

10. Foto/gambar harus dikirimkan melalui email dan ditujukan kepada (to) 2 PIC sekaligus
11. Foto/gambar harus terlampir dalam email (tidak menempel pada badan email)

Photography Contest

Theme: “Spirit of Porsekary”

Winner prize: Cash IDR 500.000

2nd prize: Cash IDR 400,000

3rd prize: Cash IDR  300.000

Binusian Champion’s Choice prize: Cash IDR 300.000

General Requirements :

1         The contestants are Binus Employees (Permanent, Contract and Outsource)

2         The contestants represent themselves

3         There is no maximum limit (quota) for  the number of contestants

4         The contestants must register an email address that will be used for sending the photos to PIC

5         Photos / images received by the PIC other than registered mail by the race will be declared invalid and can not included in this Contest

General Instructions of Photography Contest:

1. The contestants capture images/ pictures during Porsekary Competition

2. The contestants can use “pocket camera” or “SLR”

3. It is not allowed sent the images/ pictures about pornography and violence

4. The contestants can send/ collect the photos / images, maximum of 10 (ten) pieces in soft-copy and send email to PIC

5. Photo/ image collected must originally taken by the participants themselves and has never been published or join other competition before.

6. Photos / pictures sent by the contestants will be fully rights of Porsekary committee

7. Photography Contest will be divided into 2 types:

a. Photography Contest (Original)

b. Photography Contest (Binusian’s Choice

8. Contestants are free to choose this 2 type of Photography Contest. Contestants can choose either one contest of photography or both.

9. Below is the following requirements of photos/ images to sent to PIC are below :

a. File type is Jpg

b. Maximum pixel size is 1024 x 768 pixels

c. File size does not exceed 2 MB

10. Photos/ images must be sent via email and addressed to 2 PIC at once

11. Photo/ picture should be attached in the email

Registration:

1. Candidates can send an email to 2 PIC (Jimmy Nero and Oqie Noble) contains:

a. Name

b. Binusian ID

c. Department

d. Business Unit

e. Candidate email address

2. Registration will be closed until the day of Technical Meeting (  Monday, August 19, 2013 )
