Job Requirements:

  • Have a Master’s degree in the relevant field of knowledge
  • Min. 2 years of teaching experience in an accredited higher education institution
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
  • IELTS score of at least 6.5
  • Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills and innovative
  • Computer and internet proficient
  • Willing to work in Jakarta, Indonesia

Job Descriptions:

  • Provide the best learning experience to improve faculty/school competitive advantage
  • Ensure the quality of teaching delivery within his/her classes according to the standard (course outline and online resources)
  • Manage overall activities of comprehensive content delivery in alignment with market standards to increase the employability of the graduates
  • Increase the success of global learning system implementation
  • Be involved in activities for non-tuition revenue generation within respective faculty/school (e.g. research and professional services)
  • Ensure that delivery of the program is aligned with BINUS University academic quality standards, DIKTI’s standards and continuously improved to reach world-class standards
  • Contribute actively to study program-specific tasks
  • Coordinate with other units to promote the program in order to build more awareness of the competitiveness of the program, especially among prospectives students, graduates, alumni, and employers in the related industry
  • Build strong and effective internal/external cooperations which support the overall objectives of the department/school
